Bridging Research and Reality
I see how often families are left navigating complex situations without guidance that honors their values, culture, and lived reality. I support families as they navigate their everyday and complex challenges with guidance that is thoughtful, practical, and rooted in understanding.
As a Family Life Educator and Coach with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a background in Special Education, I bring evidence-based strategies to the table. But as a mother of seven, I know that for a strategy to be good, it has to actually work in the middle of a chaotic Tuesday.
Whether I’m coaching parents one-on-one or advocating for a child’s needs in an IEP meeting, my mission is to provide grounded, relatable support that helps families think through challenges, strengthen communication, and identify next steps that make sense for them. I’m here to help you build a home that is as strong as it is full.
